This equipment must be installed by a company certified to handle fluorinated gases (F-Gas) — a requirement under Regulation (EU) 2024/573 (which replaced Regulation (EU) 517/2014) and Decree-Law No. 145/2017 of November 30.

How it works

   1 - After payment, we will send you a link to the installation form via email and SMS.

   2 - In the form, you identify the installation company — you can choose one from our list of certified installers or enter the details of your own installer.

   3 - Once the certificate for all equipment in the order has been submitted, the order proceeds.

The order will be held until the form is completed for all air conditioning units included in the order. You can fill it out at any time using the link you receive.

The equipment warranty is contingent upon the submission of this documentation. Kontrolsat reserves the right to void the warranty if this information is not provided.
