Procedures

Kontrolsat ensures maximum celerity in shipments of orders carried out up to 4 pm on working days, or up to 1 pm on working days in the case of household appliances and/or pallet service. On weekends or holidays they are shipped the next business day.

All shipments are accompanied by the respective invoice-receipt, on the outside of the package.

All shipments receive a tracking code, except under the conditions mentioned below.


Types of Stock

When ordering, the available stock for each product can be consulted:

  • Online Stock: the product is available from the supplier or for pre-booking. In these cases, extended delivery times are expected.
  • Store Stock: the product is available for immediate delivery and/or in-store pick-up. Delivery times vary depending on the type of product and destination.

Pick-Up Points

Not available to pick up your order at home or in our physical store? Kontrolsat allows you to choose a pick-up point to receive your order.

When this option is selected, simply enter a postal code to find out which pick-up locations are closest to you.

You have 5 days to pick up the order after it is delivered to the point.

Only available for small packages, in orders that do not exceed 10 kg, nor 150 cm in the sum of all sides.

Delivery to the Islands

We deliver to the Azores and Madeira with estimated deadlines up to 15 working days.

International Delivery

To Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, France, Netherlands, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland and the Czech Republic - 3-5 working days.

Slovenia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden - 5-7 working days.

Delivery of Large Appliances

In these cases, a period of 3 to 7 working days is estimated in mainland Portugal.

Deliveries can be made at the ground floor level on the sidewalk of the address indicated by the customer, without the right to assembly, shipping tracking or scheduling. Alternatively, the premium service allows in-house delivery, with scheduling and assembly.

If you want old equipment to be collected, you must send an email in advance to [email protected]. Collection is free.

Note: Estimated delivery times are forecasts only. Kontrolsat is oblivious to problems concerning the delivery and reception of orders.


Moment of Delivery

At the time of delivery, the customer must check the condition of the boxes of the products received. Reject the order immediately if any anomaly is visible, and send an email to [email protected], indicating the order/invoice-receipt number.

For large home appliances delivery, you will be contacted by the carrier 15 minutes before delivery. In case you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will not wait and the product will be returned.

In case the carrier is unable to deliver, due to customer unavailability, a new delivery may be scheduled with new delivery costs.


In-Store Pickup

Products with stock in store can be paid for at the time of collection. However, this method does not guarantee the reservation of the product.

Products with online stock cannot be paid at the time of collection, payment must be made at the time of ordering. The product will be available for collection within 2-5 business days.

You can order products through the website with pick-up in our physical store. Payment must be made at the time of ordering, in order to guarantee the reservation of the product and the advance preparation of the order. You will be notified as soon as it is available for collection.
