False Alarm Prevention in Two Steps

Constant action in outdoor areas, such as wind moving leaves and bushes, moving animals and birds, and various insects landing on the detector, creates a challenge for motion detectors in outdoor spaces. It is difficult to distinguish real threats, such as humans, from this constant activity. To overcome this challenge, we developed a unique solution that combines two PIR sensors and a two-step signal analysis algorithm, known as LISA.

Correlation and Spectral Analysis

When MotionProtect Outdoor detects movement, the LISA system analyzes and compares the signals captured by the two sensors in real time. If the signals are similar, the alarm is activated, ensuring accurate detection.

Intelligent Anti-Masking System

Outdoor detectors are easy targets for intruders, who can damage sensors or obstruct your view during the day to gain an advantage at night. To prevent sabotage, MotionProtect Outdoor is equipped with a manipulation button and an advanced anti-masking system that remains active 24/7.

The anti-masking system automatically calibrates itself by scanning the surrounding area while mounting the device to the SmartBracket. If an obstacle appears in the field of vision of the anti-masking sensors or if they are obstructed, the detector quickly detects the sabotage and activates the alarm. Furthermore, a sensitive handling system is immediately activated if anyone tries to disassemble the SmartBracket detector.

Jeweler Radio Protocol

We developed the Jeweler radio protocol to ensure uninterrupted operation of all devices in the security system. Jeweler provides two-way communication between the hub and MotionProtect Outdoor at a distance of up to 1,700 meters and delivers alarms in less than 0.15 seconds. This protocol uses time frames to synchronize the communication of connected devices, authentication to eliminate spoofing, and encryption to protect against data leaks. Additionally, Jeweler is energy efficient, allowing detectors to operate on pre-installed batteries for several years.
