Door Protect Plus is a wireless door and window opening detector that notifies you of the first signs of intrusion.
The device detects the opening of the door or window using British-made reed switches , on which the magnetic field acts. It can operate in transmitter mode, sending a signal from the wired sensor to the hub.
The device even protects windows left open for ventilation. The accelerometer registers changes in vertical tilt angle, rumbling or vibration and sends an alarm to the hub.
It is used within the premises . Communication range is up to 1,200 m line of sight. DoorProtect Plus can operate for up to 5 years with a pre-installed battery and capable of detecting more than one million openings .
The user can configure the detector through the Ajax application for iOS, macOS, Windows or Android. The app notifies the user about all events via push notifications, SMS and calls (if enabled).
