Cooking in the oven has never been so easy: the PerfectBake sensor measures the level of humidity inside the oven, automatically adjusting the heating mode, cooking time and temperature to always achieve optimal results. Simply select the respective recipe (eg "Muffins", or "Muffins") and press Start, the oven takes over from there. The result? Cakes, bread, quiches and baked goods, all cooked to perfection.

Whether it's a roast turkey, a leg of lamb or a succulent carp, the PerfectRoast probe offers you the know-how of a professional chef, at a much more affordable price. Three highly sensitive measuring points help the sensor determine the internal temperature of your food, by the degree and by the second, exactly. Maximum measuring accuracy is achieved by inserting the three measuring points as required, ensuring perfect results for your roasts. Another advantage is that PerfectRoast can be used in combination with microwave and added steam.

Even cooking on all levels

Cooking in the oven is now more flexible: with 4D hot air, the heat is quickly and evenly distributed throughout the entire interior of the oven. Place the tray or grid on any level from 1 to 4 and enjoy the consistency of perfect results. But there's more: it's possible to make a batch of cookies using the four levels, and get the same results on all the trays, from the top to the bottom.

Simple and intuitive use

With a tactile and intuitive display and a control ring, it is very easy to control all oven functions. Simply turn the control ring to adjust any of the functions. The TFT touch display provides all instructions via text, images and selectable buttons. This way, you'll always have an overview of the oven's status and full control over all functions.

Cleaning the oven manually can be very taxing and time consuming. Thanks to the new Bosch ovens with Pyrolytic self-cleaning function, you can now get rid of this task forever. No getting your hands dirty or using chemical cleaning products. Just press the Start button and, depending on how dirty it is, your oven will heat up to a maximum temperature of 480 °C and burn all fat or food scraps. Only a little gray will remain, which is easy to remove. In this way, your oven not only makes the meal a real delight, but also makes cleaning up afterward pleasant.

Fast and eco-friendly cleaning

Is your oven only slightly dirty and you want to clean it quickly? Just put about 400ml of water and a drop of detergent on the base and set the heating mode to heat below 180ºC for 4 minutes. The eco-friendly cleaning system softens the residue so you can easily clean it with a damp cloth, quickly and effectively.

Oven doors are now more convenient than ever: A special damping mechanism prevents the oven doors from closing suddenly.

Handle your dishes more safely and easily

The shelf system from Bosch is safe and easy to use. When the telescopic rails are fully extended, a special mechanism engages them on both sides so that the rack remains straight and completely stable. This makes baking and baking even easier.
