Extra wide tactile control

DirectSelect Premium is a 30 cm wide touch panel that gives you full control of your card. The large design and easy-to-read text make setting up the board's operation very convenient. Just a touch of your finger to activate cooking zones, set power levels and other options. When the board is turned off, the entire interface disappears, leaving only the glass of the board with a minimalist and elegant design.

The end of burnt food

Frying at the right temperature is absolutely crucial. With too high a temperature, even the best steak can dry out or end up burnt. The PerfectFry sensor constantly monitors the temperature of the pan to avoid burning. Choose from four preset temperature levels for perfect results every time you cook.

Maximum flexibility with your induction hob

The extendable FlexZone allows you not only to combine flex zones from front to back, but also to the side, thanks to the flex zone in the center. The plate automatically detects the size and position of the pans throughout the area and heats up in those zones. For example, you can occupy part of the plate with a roasting pan crossed lengthwise, and still have plenty of space for other containers, large or small.

Cook like a chef

With the MoveMode function, cooking is completely intuitive and comfortable. By activating the MoveMode function, the BombiInduction zone is divided into 3 different zones with preset power levels: 9 (boil), 5 (low heat) and 1 (keep warm). Let the CombiInduction cooking zones with MoveMode do the work for you.

Automatic transfer of settings

With the PowerTransfer function you don't need to adjust the temperature levels when moving a pan from one side to another and the zones automatically turn off once the pan is removed. The new cooking zone assumes all previous settings, just press a button to confirm.

When you need to serve simple and quick meals in a really short time, PowerBoost can help. This practical feature activates the power boost for ultra-fast heating. Take advantage of the PowerBoost on your induction hob , for example, to boil large amounts of water, heating up to 35% faster than at the highest power level.

Save selected settings

Turn off the board and save the last settings selected for a few seconds. When you turn it back on, the settings will be automatically reset.

Child safety lock

Locks the control panel to prevent any accidental changes.
