A flame so soft that even the chocolate melts all over: Bosch gas hobs are strong and smooth at the same time. At its maximum power you can boil water in a short time. But a softer flame is also important for cooking your favorite dishes, so with the lowest power you get a softer flame for low heat. So smooth that it even melts chocolate without risk of burning it.
